Many types of fees were added in June

In June of this year, instant commerce platforms added several fees: platform fees, handling fees, convenience fees, and small-order fees. These fees ranged from 6 to 30 rupees. The aim was to generate more revenue per order. However, Zepto has attempted to provide relief to customers with its new policy.
